Custom products may take up to 4 weeks depending on:
Quantity ordered
Design complexity
Communication and approval process
Every item is made to order through our Print on Demand production process, so processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons.
Products from different categories (such as prints, apparel, and accessories) will be shipped separately. You may receive multiple shipments for orders containing items from various product lines.

Because all items are Print on Demand and made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect color selection
Buyer’s remorse
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives with:
A printing defect
Damage
A manufacturing issue
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can reach out to the manufacturer and help arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
All custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.
